Hi, We've been busy here producing a website with current registered boats on the broads and their details. You can click through the links; searching by boat registration, boat name or class. You can view the hirefleets and the boats ages. Also compare engine sizes. We have also added tide tables and bridge heights. Due to the limited mobile phone coverage on the Norfolk Broads we are developing some mobile applications to present this information in an offline format. Please support us and visit us at Broadlandboats If you can help with any missing information please give me a PM!

This site seems to be duplicating information that is already available. To succeed it would need to be better/more useful. However it doesn't have the historical information or additional details of Craig's site. Nor does it have the searching on inexact name spelling of the Canalplan site (which also covers CRT and EA registrations in one place). I also found the very pale grey used in the search boxes made it very difficult to read my own typing.

Nice Try, but you have been beaten to it. Craig's site is a pretty good place to start. one can register a boat ownership with him, and post him photos too. You will need to find a "value add" to attract people to your site. however, I do like the low-water predications at GYYS. Nice and clear. Clive Home - IP11 & Away - NR12

Thanks for your comments and visiting us. Whilst there are other boat websites with registration details and history the boat data is required for mobile apps that we are writing. Keep watching and we will keep you posted when released!

Our boat is on, name and number correct, however, if I am caught viewing yet another Norfolk website, I may be heading for a divorce, and what's the good of a boat without a cook? (She sees me using this site and hopefully doesn't view it). Whilst not wishing harm to older sites, best wishes for your site, it must have already taken a lot of time and expertise.

I had a look at the site. It works OK and my boat is on although the information is inaccurate. However, I can't imagine why I would want to look up this information, even less why I might want a phone app to do it off-line. Can people apply to have their information removed? Nigel Ludham
