At the risk of being a bit mischievous - nominating my own website:
[See message lower down page]
has quite a lot of pictures of Norfolk Broads boats on for those interested, and I am trying to make some time soon to update it with a bit more info and pictures!

Dan, very interesting site. The section on the work you did on Canberra was excellent!

Good site Dan and very interesting.

Out here in Ludham, broadband will not reach us until May next year. Your site takes absolutely ages to load on dial up. However, it was worth it.

Thanks, good to know you enjoyed it.

Apolagies for the time to load.....its something I'm aware of - the reason is the way the costs run on it I'm restricted on the amount of pages I can have - and so theres a stupid amount of info on each page, and I've tried to keep text down and use photo's so as it can be of interest to more people.

I may invest more in it and therefore have more pages, thus solving the problems!

All the best
Dan

Dan,

If you've got access to PHP/MySQL for your web-site you should be able to reduce the disk-space required for the overall site, whilst increasing the number of pages - some figures for you - the Online Database currently takes up 6.2mB of server, 4.1mB is taken by the images almost 600 of them, all around 10kB in size

Hi Ackers72,

I look forward to your old photos - I may be coming to you to nick them if they show boats I don't current have in the database Evil Grin
