Hi,

I am interested so I'll check the dimensions on my boat gas locker in the next day or so. I do need butane so that part is good. However, given the comments about leasing can you share where they came from? I'd hate for either of us to get into difficulties.

There is no problem buying these from anyone, of course you can't know  if they have been stolen, but you have to assume not.Ownership rights are not transferable ( refund on return to depot)
If you are exchanging empty for full, no ownership questions are asked, you can do it at many outlets.

However you may run into trouble if at some time you wish to avail yourself of the deposit refund, but that's another story.

Buying a cylinder from Calor from scratch costs about £40 plus the gas, so well worth buying from an'nother
