Steve & Vicky, Forgive me if you've mentioned before but I'm interested in the history of your boat. Presumably it's an ex-Aston Vega/Mars/Thames type 39 footer? Astons still hire them of course & I think they've stood the test of time well considering they've been around for about 35 years.

John Are you still on Whispering Shadow? I think we'll be there last 2 weeks in April but it might run into May.

To Hirecraft user - Brinks Royale - nice boat! We chatted at Ludham Bridge with the guy who had it out last August bank hol week. We thought it looked fab, but he said it was a bit small inside, and he'd had a tight sqeeze getting it through the Bridge. He moored overnight and took it back through at low water next morning (just!) Still fancy the boat though, so would love to hear your views (being far more experienced than we are! Am (well me, not Mike!) a bit scared of taking it out and getting stuck on the wrong side of Ludham Bridge! (perhaps it was high low water at the time?-is that the right term?) And one more question - is it only possible to hire Brinks boats through Blakes (don't really want to give them our custom again after last years experience...) Anyway, any info greatly appreciated! Thanks. Karen cheers!

To capelmist. Hi John - I've sent you a pm. I hope Wildest Dream is well - we haven't seen her since October - but only 10 days to go hopefully!!
