Dreamer, would you share with us who the producer was (if commercial)? Is there anything on the back of the actual photo?

This site http://www.norfolkmills.co.uk/ has a huge number of photographs of mills to browse through, and it might be worth sending them a copy of your photo, to see if they can identify the mill.

I agree. I've been trying to reconcile that with the various locations given for that mill. West bank. South-east of the bridge on the north bank. They didn't make sense.

Now I've found this artwork (which gives the location as north of the bridge!), showing almost the same view. Of course, it could have been painted from that photo, the date of '82 could be 1882 or 1982.

But the location of the mill appears to be about where the BA put the demasting mooring, opposite the Hall Farm moorings. That would put the building to which the sign is fixed about where the LBBY workshop is. The bridge would be a bit further round the corner to the right of the photo.

These from 1934, show the new quay heading in place.

That looks like Beaumont's Mill (Ludham Bridge South) to me. It used to stand where the mooring basin is now just downstream of the boatyard.
There is a then and now picture here (scroll down a bit) http://www.ludhamarchive.org.uk/then.htm
I think the Francis Frith picture is from the right angle but the mill cap is the other way round.

The pictures from woodwose and Paladine really do show it is at Ludham Bridge. Thanks guys, I am very grateful. I would never have come up with that in a million years!
For information, the print was produced by Star Editions Ltd, Copyright Mirrorpix 2010.

Having had a good look at the pictures, I am pretty certain that Paladine has nailed it with the 1934 Ludham Mills photos after the quayheading was done. I knew I was right to ask the experts! Thanks again.
