I have this print on my boat and I would love to know where the picture was taken. I have googled the producers and the only information available is that it is in Norfolk! Anybody any ideas?

Not sure about Thurne. Couple of clues in the picture: It looks as though one boat is either about to go thru a bridge or has just been thru and what is the sign for Oil. Boatyard of some sort? Regds Simon
A bad day on the water is better than a good day in the office.

The sign is for Royal Daylight Oil http://www.i-bidder.com/en-gb/auction-catalogues/richard-edmonds-auctions/catalogue-id-ibri10004/lot-75fe415e-4f97-4e40-88a0-a3340119fc25

I reckon it's St Benet's drainage mill, on the Thurne.

Looking at photographic memories Of the broads it looks like Ludham Mill which is no longer there. It stood on the West Bank of the Ant. Perhaps Woodrose can add to this

That would have to have been immediately above the bridge. In the photo the river bank is straight for as far as the eye can see. The Ant takes a noticeable left-hand curve a short distance above the bridge. The Royal Daylight sign looks to be attached to the corner of a wooden building. Shop? Boatyard?

Thank you for the suggestions so far. I was wondering if it could be somewhere on the southern rivers, everywhere looks so open but then I guess it probably was in the north too when the picture was taken. I would love to know so I hope somewhere along the way we can come up with something positive. As I'm out and about I keep looking at all the mills to see if there is a familiar one. Keep the suggestions coming peeps, I'm grateful.
