I sold my first Phantom- MKI - rather than upgrade it. I bought the MK2 - NOT the VISION - as I wanted the stablised gimbal and the facility of being able to tilt the camera from horizontal to downward vertical. Yes it has the new battery - and I have a spare - but boy dont they know how to charge - £109.00 for the spare. Flying time with a hi powered video TX - 600mw @ 5.8 Ghz - gives me comfortably 15 to 20 minutes - normally 15 minutes is safe, depending how far out you are. I dont normally fly too far from the take off point. Things may change now I have a better video down link.
Hope that helps.

I now have a kayak so have been out and about this week. I wanted to get to some places that even the Freeman couldn't get to. So here are a few videos I have taken whilst exploring some " hidden and secret" parts of the River Ant.
First of a series I have called Secret Parts of the Broads.

I was once told that on the Broads a boat can enter these dykes on the water but NOT land or moor.?
I understand that the water is tidal - like the Broads - so are part of the system and are navigable providing you are on the water. A bit like the inner broad of St walsham and wroxham.
Any one is this correct please?
