I wish I knew, I've raised another problem ticket with the hosting company, but I'm not a happy bunny at the moment

Please login to

Then it goes on about New to Parallels?   etc

No, it's not a scam. It's something to do with the 'behind-the-scenes' goings-on, when the service provider throws a wobbly.

(That's as technical as I get!)

Had the same thing yesterday evening and going back as far as Sunday on my mobile.
Eventually got in to the site last night on tablet and posted a reply, however this morning it was gone and had to repeat it .

Very had to access the Forum at the moment. Usually, it does not load at all or is very very slow.
The worst I have seen it for some time.

I hope this isn't too premature, but the site is flying now.

Is it something in the water? Or are the forums being targetted?

We get so used to familiar things around us being available, and, perhaps, really only appreciate them when it's too late.

Richard, just for your information, a couple of PMs I sent and received shortly before the first outage have disappeared, as well.

All I can do is apologise at the moment. The hosting company is claiming that the forum is using their service to an excessive manor, although I can prove that our traffic, and system usage hasn't really changed over the last year.

For some reason they decided to roll back the database, without even bothering to ask me if that was ok, which has resulted in nearly 24 hours worth of postings being lost.

Sadly their technical support department don't appear to have the same first language as I do, or it appears the technical knowledge.

As my health isn't exactly 100% at the moment I can't stay up all night while I wait for these numpties to sort things out.

All I can do at the moment is beg for your patience
