For a few years we have had a great BBQ that has served us well over many events. But now it's time to let it go to a better place. It's knackered, over used and worn out. Rather like myself whenever I meet up with Forum members So I'm getting a new BBQ that hopefully will last as long as the last one, but be easier to use than the last. One of the problems with the last one was that it was a regular garden BBQ, it was big and solid. Great if it stayed in the back yard, but a pain in the transom to clean and move from boat to shore, and back again. It had to sit on the top of someones boat, and it was a lump. So I'm planning on purchasing an Outlook Commercial BBQ. The best price I have found so far is £314, including shipping. It looks like it has enough cooking area to do the job, and it folds down flat for storage There is a kitty, so far there's a couple of coat buttons, foreign coin with a hole in it and an IOU from Line Azzuro. I will, of course, cover any short fall but I would be very appreciative of any donations towards our new bit of kit. Any amount would be very gratefully received. If You've got a few quid spare to help feed many hundreds you can donate at http://www.the-norfolk-broads.co.uk/bbq_donation.cfm

Regards, Ray. If it's neither here, nor there, then where is it?

I could hardly let Ray have ALL the glory a bob or two sent your way from me. Honesty Sincerity and Integrity ... When you can fake those, you've cracked it.

50% of the BBQ cost on its way via BACS Also whats happening re music?? I have a good band who would like to do this, the price is high but if I can negotiate a decent price I should be able to cover this???....... May need some small ticket donations on the night but hopefully they will play ball with reducing their costs..... Regards Jason
