Chris J,  WOW   Thanks for finding this one. I have just rang the owner up (Lewis).  C R A I G - Are you with us?????

This is indeed a Jack Powles. Originally Star Supreme III. It still has the original Registration number of R643 on the bows. It was built (According to Lewis) in 67 it has a fibregass hull with timber cabin sides and roofs. The cabin sides have been overboarded and the internals have been changed round somewhat. Lewis has a geniune reason for sale. This could be a great project with not a great deal to do on her. Out of the original six Star Supremes That means that we now know the whereabouts of three of them = I - Ours,  III - Lincoln and    IV - The Commodore (Forum member)
The present owner now knows she is 40ft and NOT 42ft (He wasn't sure himself). He has promised to pass on my details to the new buyer so we can keep track of her whereabouts etc.  -  Griff

One of these decades we WILL finish Broad Ambition !!

Hi Griff,

I noticed your post - I'll have to update the database when I get home!

And here's another. This one's on the Lancaster Canal. It seems all Broads boats for sale on ebay are a long way from the Broads!
