I wonder if there are any owners out there that can tell me how difficult it is to lower the canopy and how often you can pass Ludham Bridge

Hi Dzign, im not a Sovereign owner but see that it has an air draft of 8 ft 6 inches,{NYA had one sold recently did you buy her ?}We went through Ludham Bridge twice last week, our draft was 7ft 2 inches, had clearence of about 6 inches, the water levels were high.Im pretty sure the height boards said 8 feet {i may be wrong }If your top canopy comes down, the canvas bit, im sure at low tides, normal water levels you should be ok as long as you plan your arrival for suitable low water. Hope this is of some use, good luck, let us know how you get on. Kevin
kindest regards Kevin Cook

I'm not an owner, but with an airdraft of 8'6" passage through Ludham bridge would not be a given There was just under 8' available last weekend.

We need 8ft under Ludham , if we can see the wood on the side of the walkway through the bridge we can ,just, pass under , and we have had to wait for low water many times Last three years we have been unable to during spring tides. The BA state the average high water clearance is 8ft6 this is wrong the last few years I would say 8ft6 is very rare , summer last year 8ft4 was the average LOW water level
