Hi Everyone I was pleased to see this as well, they have refitted many boats now but that is no excuse for no new ones either so good news all round. Here's the pic I took, apparently they are to be 6, or maybe 6-8 berths, bit disappointed there's to be no new 4 berths but I guess you can't have everything! Dan

Agree Dan, shame to see no new 2, 2/4 and 4 berth boats coming along as I think that a market is being lost because of it. Hard economics though I'm afraid. It doesn't cost that much more to build the bigger boat, costs pretty much the same to run an 8 berth as a 4 berth, may take ten minutes longer to clean and an extra loo to pump but thats about the difference, and they hire at double the cost, near enough. On the back of that many smaller boats are leaving the hire fleet because of the costs involved in running them and the ready market to sell them on.

Seems Alphacraft have a pair of winners in these two. Had "Thunderbolt" out from them two years ago. Non stop queues of folk wanting to look around whenever we moored. I still prefer "Juliette" though. Trevor
