Hi, I am sure you have the history of Viceroy by now, but it was my father, Alastair Newman, who designed her when he owned The Norfolk Broads Yachting Company in Church Road, Wroxham, next door to Jeckells, in those days. The boat builder was Russell Smith, who was also the yard foreman. She is indeed built on a Bourne 30 hull (From Aquafibre in Rackheath), and was unusual in that she had blue gel coat underneath her hull from just above her waterline. He built 4 Viceroys.
