Looks delicious! I'm definitely going to give this a try! I've always coated the liver with a seasoned flour and basically casseroled it with bacon,mushrooms and onions, the way my dad taught me 45 years ago! I enjoy watching your vlogs Cheshire cat! Keep them coming!

I like the fact that our Chef is not afraid to use seasoning. All this stuff and nonsense about you cant have this and you cant have that. Moderation with everything and you can eat and drink everything. Life is for living and enjoying not every day a struggle to comply with some nitwit with a pen making up stupid rules.
