Make a brilliant sausage casserole on board.  Gently fry off sausages  I prefer to skin them & roll into balls. As many as you want. When coloured & sealed remove from pan & gently fry onion & a leek sliced until soft. To the pot add chopped frozen peppers tin of chopped & a tin of whole plum toms a couple of large potatoes chopped as big as you like them a t spoon garlick same of paprika a can of butter beans or what ever you prefer a splash of red wine salt and pepper a beef stock cube & cup of water. Bring to boil. Then put sausages back in  whack it in the oven on low to med. go to pub(essential) at least an hour   A big chunk of crusty bread    Get in.  It's similar to my broads Bourguignon however it's spelt. You can put in what you like really even stinging nettles.  Cost about a fiver.   Cheers. Chalkey
