Well done , you never fail to impress us all.   Considering your limited space you do really well.  Steve (and I am hoping our Corsican Chef is called Geoffrey)  Steve treat Geoffrey to a couple of those Chefs jackets or aprons,   I feel for his T-shirts every time I watch.   I buy my aprons from Nisebts.

Hi there my name is Geoffrey I am a registered blind man and I have a Guide Dog Called Austin ... I live in the beautiful county of Norfolk and I have a half share in a beautiful Broads cruiser called The Corsican ... My passions in life are Cooking , Music , blues , all kinds of other music , boats , boating , The Norfolk Broads , computing , so we decided to put all of these things together and came up with Cooking On The Corsican ... Hello Corsican thanks for another VLog the little cruise was nice and the plate full even better.
Just one question from us "Who's dinner was the one served in the video?" as you cooked eight sausages and served three on that portion, if our maths is good enough it would have left five for the next serving  Evil Grin
We recon a good chef would always serve their diners first. Wink

Ok I will tell the truth we were having four sausages each but for presentation three looked better on the plate , but when you guys all left we careered back to the pan and scoffed the rest it was lovely bad boys ...
