wow - many thanks folks, much appreciated.

To add to the mix the hosting company are giving me grief about the site load, so I might have to change hosts. Only problem there is it looks like we'll have to be moving shortly as BT have informed me that it'll be 2-6 months before I can get broadband. Next problem please Smile

Scared  What excuse are they using now? DACS? Marker on Line? too far from exchange?

I had really hoped they would have it all sewn up for you by now

Cor! That was an exercise. PayPal wouldn't let me pay through my own account so had to set up another.
BT took 3 months to get me broadband despite me having inside info and teling them that the fault was at the exchange. Don't phone the very expensive helpline, they read a series of questions from a script and put you back to BT who advise you to phone the helpline Smile
