I note the following comment in the editorial:
"The Cordon Rouge double decker boat will be transformed into a pirate ship, with a Jolly Roger flag."
No canons, peg-legs, parrots, spliced mainbraces, oooh me hearties, eye patches, floggings or well built Norfolk doxies?

Cordon Rouge seems to be used only when foot traffic is high - why not use it more frequently? I can assure you drinks WON'T be free!!!
Sounds to me like a good revenue spinner - Lens never short of them!!!!!!

Something else over which the Broads No-Authority has, erm, no authority 
Been hit by another boat? Report the incident to the Marine Accident Investigation Branch’s dedicated accident reporting line on 023 8023 2527 which is monitored 24 hours a day. Help to make the Broads safer.
