A forum member has made me aware of a boat being broken into in Horning.

A boat owner (not the forum member) went to check on their boat and not only had it been forcibly broken into, but the bloke responsible had been sleeping on their boat.

Hopefully, those of us who moor in marinas should be reasonably safe, but you never know.

I'm happy to cast an eye over any members boat if you moor in Horning and are unable to get to it over the winter. PM me details if you would like me to check.

That's not good to hear, but as Steve51 said:

Same offer applies from us.

Steve.

Not quite an ancient mariner ...... though some say he was at sea before Pontius was a pilate !
