Call me stupid, I know somone will oblige.... But does that mean that the Broads Authority are not pulling in a common direction at the moment and won't be until they decide in which direction to pull and when and how which will be after the end of January? Surely they should have worked out which way to pull by now? I mean, they've been running the Broads long enough to know what people want and what's needed haven't they? Or am I being naive again?
