Boat Jumbles 2019 There appears to be no Newark one in February this year, or even later in the year come to that! Perhaps the 2018 can be removed pleased?

Thanks for the 2019 list, Bill. One to add . . . . The Museum of The Broads will be holding their annual Boat and Fishing Jumble on Sunday 5th. May between 0900 and 1200 hrs. Steve.
Steve & Maggie Not quite an ancient mariner ...... though some say he was at sea before Pontius was a pilate !

Sorry, but... I'm not prepared to pay £4/5 per person to browse things I may (or may not! ) want to buy. Even Harrods don't charge me to have a look around. Yes, a quid or two to park (as is the norm at car boot type sales) but a tenner for the two of us to go for a look around a "marketplace" ? Nope , thanks. So we haven't bothered with these advertised boat jumbles for some time now. I can accept that supporting an event at The Museum of The Broads is a different matter altogether. Karen

Hello. We went to the Museum Of The Broads jumble last year. It was just £1 per person to get in. Not a huge amount of stalls, but it was nice to have a look around and support the museum. I don't know how much it will be to get in this year. There was a small jumble at Oulton Broad this year, this was free to get in. Again, it was a small affair but good to have a nose round the stalls.

Yes totally agree on the event at the Museum of The Broads or other local sales. Just seems to be the one central organisation of the Boat Jumbles as listed that charges 4 or 5 quid per person. Just my view. Karen

There is a boat jumble at Beccles Yacht Station on Sunday August 11th. Tim, the harbour master, is organising it with stalls at £12.00 and free entry for browsers with a rattle tin for donations to the mayor's fund for the play area should anyone like to pop a quid in.
If I am a "woody" how come there are no "fibreglassy's" "plasticy's" or "steelies"?

Hi Karen, It's £4 for adults, children and parking are free. We went last year and wandered round in the rain for a couple of hours. When we left, the car park was a sea of mud. Luckily we were in a friend's 4x4, but some folk were struggling a bit! Norfolk Boat Jumble
