Hi there
Try speaking to sabina marine Wroxham, explain your problem with the bridge and high tides , they may be able to help you with short term moorings

Hi. What is your airdraft?
Last week the Wroxham bridge gauge was showing 7' 2" so
There is the chance to get her up to Coltishall if you
can move her with only a few hours notice.
Good luck

The older I get...
The better I was....!!

Can't help on the moorings front, but your idea of making the screen folding sounds more imperative if you moor above Wroxham. You could find yourselves trapped above the bridge for extended periods otherwise. Good luck.

Regards, Ray.

Whatever happens now, I'm blaming it on Brexit. Everyone else is!

Since about Thursday of last week I haven't seen more than 6'9" and at the moment It's a tad over 6'3".

I seem to remember querying your air draft in relation to the bridge on another thread. Without folding screens you could find your cruising range somewhat restricted.

Sorry to go slightly of topic , but we used to keep our first boat in the porter Haylett yard other side of the bridge ,although it's lovely that side of the bridge with a nice cruise upto coltishall, we were caught out one year with high tides in October, luckily for us bister craft yard in wroxham helped us out by keeping our boat there for a few days and the staff at porter Haylett yard brought back to the yard for us , we saw out the last few monthes at the yard and decided to get moorings other side of the bridge , which saw end up at the lovely moorings at broadsedge marina stalham ,

Another recommendation for your alterations is Andy, at Broadland Marine Windows, Unit 28a, Stalham Rd Industrial Estate Hoveton, NR12 8DU Tele: 01603 781740
