Tasked to Hadley Cross & Reedham following a report of a boat adrift. The vessel pictured here was adrift on the River Yare and collided with the Reedham Chain Ferry. Our colleagues from Hemsby Broads Rescue on scene with us at Reedham Ferry quickly secured the vessel. #159/21
Team paged at 09.07 this morning to Ranworth broad for a 14 year old female who had a suspected broken ankle. Team did an assessment and it was agreed the family would take her to hospital. Team stood down. #134/21 To Search To Rescue To Save

Oh crikey - the 14 year old at Ranworth must have either been local, or not there by boat if the family where able to take her to hospital themselves as reported.
I assume, by way of the coastguard being involved, that the girl somehow was injured , or fell, in the water? Presumably if the incident/accident was on dry land then only the ambulance service would be needed. If local I suppose they may have been on a boat but had transport close by. Broken ankle - ouch. Poor lass.

Paged at 16.25 to Hoveton for a 93 year old male with chest pains. The team worked with the ambulance service including taking him off the hire boat to the ambulance. #135/21 To Search To Rescue To Save
Team tasked yesterday evening at 19.49 to Sutton Staithe for a male needing medical help, also tasked Hemsby Broads Rescue. Hemsby Broads took to the water to locate his boat, they towed the casualty and his boat back to the Staithe where the Coastguard team and ambulance service worked together to get the casualty off the boat and into the ambulance. #141/21 To Search To Rescue To Save
Team paged at 04.00 this morning to Hunters Yard Womack for a female who had fallen on a boat. The team worked with the ambulance service and stretchered her off the boat and into the awaiting ambulance. #142/21 To Search To Rescue To Save
Tasked at 15.51 this afternoon to Broads Edge marina Stalham for a 83 year old female who had fallen into the water from a boat. Team worked with first responder and ambulance service to check her over and escorted her to the ambulance. #143/21 To Search To Rescue To Save
