Well it's getting to that time of year where I'm really looking forward to the new season and getting out on the boat. I've noticed 1 or 2 new owners on the Southern Broads posting and wondered if anyone fancied an informal meet up around the Easter Bank Holiday time? Any takers? Any suggestions for plave?

We're aiming to get up for the Easter weekend, maybe before if the weather's OK. We are also at Somerleyton marina. Although we may be heading north that weekend as we've had a few weekends out on the south, in the short time since we've had our boat.  Wish we'd bought her earlier last year, but at least we've had the chance to get a few jobs done and get her all ready for the spring, it cant come soon enough, got serious boat withdrawal.... LOL Looking forward to meeting other forum members, as and when - so give us a parp if you go past  Wink

Hi TT,

We are also moored at Somerleyton. Work permitting and assuming all jobs have been completed on the boat then we will definately be up for a little get together.
Not even sure when Easter is this year. Note to self, you must be more organised Wink

Hi TT
I am also moored at Somerleyton, it seems a popular place for NBF members.
Will be out and about at Easter as well. hope to make it to Pyes Mill.

We are moored at Brooms and have already had one trip out to Beccles and Oulton. We'll be going out again next week and at 3 weekly intervals after that.

Were out at easter for the school break, 2 weeks, on pacific star (big for 2 plus a puppy) but lovely boat, and all pacific had free, so their busy which says good things to me. Very happy to have star!

Hopefully maybe be afloat on our own boat soon, well when it gets finished..

Yes our new crew member having his first broads trip, 'Archie' the miniature dachshund. Should be fun,
