Hi, is anyone else having trouble with the webcams. When I go on them they say temporarily out of action but after clicking on them a few times they come on but then they just keep flickering (like a fluorescent light when its about to burn out)This is really spoiling my daily Broads fix as I don't know if it's the actual cameras or my computermebob. Any ideas anybody?

all the best

hi all,
don't be suprised that a good few of the webcams ( northern side ) will seem to go down today ,due to the high demand as people will be checking / watching the 3 rivers race from horning onwards acle , potter hiegham ,

I too have in recent times the flickering start up - and I use Firefox.

Switched over to Chrome, no flickering.

So clearly it is down to the latest updates to Firefox and the plugins such as JAVA/Flash and how they are working which is causing the problems.

I just don't like the look of Chrome to be my daily browser but have it for times like this to see if it makes a difference.

Looked at the cam and saw this - my first thoughts were, dont you have to go to some length to get a phone signal here.     I quite thought the chap on the front was going for an early dip.   Sorry the photo is a bit of a long way off.

I see boats are double mooring against boats at Brinks.
