See you there Lisa.

I will be a year older this Saturday.

17 (plus a little Wink  )

Hope my quiz lives up to the one you and Sternmoor set last week.

All the best

Arthur

We women never divulge our age Arthur, then we get to the stage where we want everyone to know e.g. "I'm 88 you know", not quite yet though
LOL

Dear Sue

Both you and I share a birthdate, 6th is such a good day.
As a consequence I will be celebrating my brithday by taking middle child(13 yrs old male) to the NBA game at the O2 arena on saturday evening preceded by a night out in Londaon on Friday culminating in a meal at the hardrock cafe (don't worry we have queue jumping passes)

Fiona is taking smallest child (10 yrs old -last week male) for his birthday trip to York to the national railway museum the Jorvik viking centre and museum and a horrible histories play at the York Theatre.

Consequently neither of us will be available to participate in the quiz from Arthur.. And I am sure it will be a fine quiz.

Eldest child (15yrs female) is having a sleep over at a friends house over the weekend.

Nana will be dog sitting...

Good luck to all and have fun ... I will be....

Life is too short

“There are no Aston or Broom questions either so no teddies needed from the various factions”.

This is blatant discrimination against Broom and Aston Owners!!. I am going to contact Charlie immediately and form an unholy alliance of Broom / Aston owners, petition the House of Lords, and get this disgraceful decision overturned!!

And as for questions about the “Great Way Round” Pah!!

Hawaay man ask questions about a proper railway:- the L.N E.R!!

Give me a graceful A4 Pacific over a tin can King anytime!!
