Great stuff thanks Marshman, but still not to sure about the concept of rafting, correct me if I am wrong but will it involve us all strapping our boats together either side of Albion, if thats the case I'm not taking the wheel for that lol  Playful

I have been speaking to a friend and customer of mine who owns and performs aerobatic display with his Pits Special bi-plane.

Now there is nothing assured but he may be able to do a short display over Salhouse Broad in the Pitts Special.

I may not know until very near the time due to weather conditions, ATC permission etc.

So lets hope I can arrange something with him and I will keep you all informed.

Seeing as Lisa has taken the trouble to bring the Meet thread to the top again.  I thought I would just rescue this one from the depths of the forum.

Al the best

Yes Lyns.

107 Days and reducing daily.  Or to put it another way just 15 more Friday Quizes to go.

Lots of craft now signed up It looks like this first Cruise in Company is going to be quite an event.

Really looking forward to it.

All the best

Arthur

That would be a good idea Graham. I am certain we can squeeze more folks in than normally would be possible.

Get the karaoke machine, barbe etc set up and we are away....

What do the organisers think is it possible, group discount? I'm sure all it would need would be an approx number of the boats staying for the night.

This is probably a suitable time to remind Griff that
we did talk about contacting Cators lot to see if we
could have the whole of the Eastern moorings at
Salhouse from, say 12 midday onwards on the Friday.
The plan is to perhaps moor Albion there to await the
hordes and we could have Albion open to ordinary
punters to look over - we always like the opportunity
to allow people to look over the old girl whenever
possible.
Not sure we can do this at the moment as the Ranger may
only be seasonal but I am sure he could contact the
Friends and sort the evening out as well!!!! Smile
