just finished a two week cruise which was fantastic as per usual.  but did have one problem, while at herbert woods yard the family went off to latham's so i took the dog for a walk along the river bank past the pub. i had just reach the main road bridge when i had a very bad asthmer attack just about got back to the boat before colapsing on the grass.  the family got me on board my usual medication for relief of the symptom could not be found. so my sister phoned the doctor. i won't bore you with the rest. but would just like to ask if any one is near or lives in Ludham  would they please thank Dr Saul for me this man is a wonderful caring doctor. not only did he not let us get a taxi to his surgery but came in person to our boat with not only his bag but he had picked up my medication from a chemist as well. he also took time to phone my sister the next day to see how i was doing.     THANK YOU Dr SAUL

Good to hear, the one’s down here in Loddon are also very helpful to holiday makers.  One thing that I would pass on is that if you are on any sort of important medication do bring details stamped by your own G.P. as in some cases the Norfolk doctor may be reluctant to prescribe stronger medication not having access to your notes, a note from your G.P. overcomes this.  Medications can fall in the river and if they need to be kept cold in this sort of weather might need replaceing.

I think that will be Dr Sale rather than Saul.

I will pass your message on to him.

No Problem, I will pass the message on.

Yes, my boat is called Woodwose. It is named after the Ludham woodwose. If you don't know what this is, you will have to visit St Catherine's Church in Ludham.
