Only 13 active posts and there are over 5,000 of us now, surely someone has got something of interest to discuss.

I personally cannot wait for Christmas as it means the boating season is not that far away once more.

Looking at another forum recently (Fishing forum)and its surprising how many join and then say nothing. Total waste of everyones time...Lesley

Well, after the planking, painting and varnishing, servicing, travelling back and forth to the boat, putting up christmas lights and working our way through those lists of jobs the missus deems too important to leave before the family arrive, some of us are just too knackered to push buttons on a keyboard as well....

I'm a reader these days. I spend a lot of time throughly enjoying what everyone else has to say but find there are people with far more experience than me to help those members with questions.

Its a great place though

Well I dont know about any one else BUT if anyone is about this weekend then pop on down to The Dragon Hall at King Street Norwich and see the Trading hall built in about 1430.
Inside this River Side Trading Hall this weekend will be the :-
Medieval Christmas Market

Dragon Hall’s annual medieval market returns with traders in period costume from all over the UK, selling a wide variety of medieval-themed goods and original crafts - from replica longbows and jewellery to wines, festive cakes, ceramics and handmade toys.  Refreshments by Expresso on the theme of German Christmas markets.  Mulled wine and local beers by Tipples Brewery.

I'll be there both days - Sat and Sunday.....

I'm afraid I'm one of the infrequent contributors/ posters.

I'm an avid reader of the forum and check for new posts several times a day if I get the chance.

Unfortuantely not living near the Broads, and not getting the chance to visit there very often, finding anything interesting to others to post about is difficult.  So for those of you who are around and about the Broads a) you lucky people and b) please keep the posts going as they are a vital community service.

Many thanks

Regards

Terry

Boating season??  Is there a special licence for that?

The only boating season I know is 12 months long.  Do not encourage BA to think we only want to boat in the summer, it may encourage them to ban boating in the winter to help the poor birds and things.
