You shouldn't have any problem.
At dead low water almost anyone could touch when entering the basin  from the channel opposite the Greenway Marine slipway.
Just keep well over.

I would try and avoid low water, there is an old ford which crosses the river just as you enter the village, on low tides that can get down to about three feet.

We have touched bottom there once or twice. The Chedgrave bank seems a bit shallower than the Loddon side.

Well according to channel fives 'The Property List' 8 'till 9 pm tonight (did anyone see). LODDON is well worth the visit. It made number 7 in the ten most 'stunning' places to live in Britain.

yes I saw that and I must say what a stunning place dont get on the southern rivers very often but well worth a visit id say

At 3ft you should have no problem it's only when you get to well over 4ft that you start to have problems The bottom is mud anyway apart from the old ford between Pit's Road and Pye's mill which is hard shingle.
