Whatever they are doing to the building hope it is in keeping with the old part.  It used to look such a picture when the Whisteria was out in the spring.  It needs a lot of TLC

The Fantail is now on the Mill and the brick rubble is still there today.
Looking at the plans it will be an interesting building once complete.

Hi

Has anyone been past Hunsett Mill recently? Has the new extension been built yet as I'm intrigued to see what they have done to the place.

Thanks Paul .... so the extensions on the right hand side have gone too! It's certainly going to look a much different building once the work is completed.

If anyone is up that way over the next few months could they take some pics and keep us updated with the progress please?  Cheers

Hi all,

Hunsett mill will never be on the front of a box of chocolates again!!!!

Its awful.... this beats the Chinese pergoda at Brundall, and anything Mr Funnel may be responsible for.
My pics dont do it justice, maybe Lord Paul might take a look see.  Scared

Oh no! that was my greatest concern. I had hoped the changes would be "in keeping" but I can only gather from what AJB has said, that they are not, and are indeed at the very oppposite end of the spectrum...

Haven't seen any pics yet (Andy - did you mean to add one?) but I am soooo disappointed. Why, and more to the point, HOW, does this happen?

Karen,

my pictures are very poor.(mobile phone)

"IN KEEPING" is NOT the expression I would use.

Have a little bimble up there, it`ll be an eye opener. Gasp
