just wondering if im plodding about in my boat and i need to moor up or pump out or fuel at a boatyard hire or otherwise, what it the protocol for doing so.
Do i just rock up and moor then find out whats happening, prices to moor etc or would a phone call or shouted query be the way forward before i impose myself on their property?

We tend to go to Boulters for our fuel and refill of water and gas and we just turn up. When we hired we just turned up for pump outs and fuel .I would only ring ahead if i was after something out of the ordinary.

cheers take care
