Good to hear that Barry. Especially after reading the recent thread about the Broads Authority stance on rebuilds (or rather, NO rebuilds!) Karen

Andrew, the cafe Florencia complex is owned by QD stores, trading as Lathams at Potter.

I heard some time ago that QD wants to increase it's fishing tackle interests but drop Lathams. Perhaps this could be a way towards that. Only grapevine.

Was speaking to the previous tenants in Horning 2 weeks ago. They are still looking for catering premises within the Broadland area. They were also led to believe that the property was to become a fishing tackle shop, moved from over the road. Colingy

Thank you exploit for that information about Lanthams as this would be a shame as to not having a Fish & Chip shop any more also has the B A given permission to Build it again due to New Rules? Andrew.
