Yep,
Just like a thread on NBN with regards to the NBF being down.
A thread on NBF about the NBN being down LOL

Problem is the service provider - Fasthosts

They have decided to reset every ones passwords ( they must have been hacked )
And Royal Mail each user their new password !!!!

Their 24/7 customer support is overloaded and i cant get through at the moment.

Ill keep everyone updated on here if its OK with Richard ?

I must say Dicks weather update will be missed this weekend what with the impending gales

I don't think he does it here, or am I mistaken

Ah, Brian, what a laugh!

I was thinking the site had crashed after Poppy discovered your rather broad-minded jokes page!  LOL

Ah nice to be back on this site - pity about the NBN though.  If it's any consolation Brian, I was speaking to a local web development company this morning and they have over 300 sites hosted with Fasthosts and they can't get to any of them.

Mind you, compared to the problems I've got at the moment with 123Reg, Fasthosts look like real pros.

Have tried to PM you Brian but I can't!

If you need some temporary hosting then I can help you out. I appreciate that this won't help if your domain is tied to Fasthosts (unless you currently have access to sort out DNS forwarding, or even upload a forwarder page) but the offer is there and I don't want any money for it.

Hosting phpBB wouldn't be a problem, have run it on this particular (now largely empty) package. Specs are as per the 1&1 Business Linux package.

It would be a pest doing a temporary migration and it's only as good as your last backup, but it would get the site alive for the moment..

Cheers

John.
