Hi All

After reading about how good this yard is can anyone tell me the last time they added a brand new boat to the fleet.

Why?  Their boats are virtually indistinguishable from new such is the level of care and maintenance.

Think they may have bought one or two of Mike Brister's boats when he closed down.

White Diamond 2? That's good news.

I would agree that it's not necessarily the newness that counts but the overall presentation & standard of service.

The newest boat they have I think is Royall Diamond, formerly Sutton Diamond of Sutton Staithe boatyard, built in 1996.

Hi

After reading the above replies none of them have answered my original question.Even some of the other top yards have built and added brand new boats over the last couple of years.

Dave, Royal Velvet 2 is the newest I think they've built - 1995.

Pleased to hear they have one of the White Diamond's joining them - they are a very attractive looking boat.

My only reservation, having just hired Royal Star is are all craft of this design the same steering position.

I'm 5ft 10" & found that Imy head was on the roof & I had to sit at a wierd angle so my head went into the bit where the slidy section was for a slight bit of extra height.  Fortunately we also had an external helm & lots of sun, but on the 35ft version this would not be there.  I couldn't see why the seat wasn't mounted lower - as visibility would still be fine for smaller people as mine, a not exavtly tall persons, was on the roof?

Anyway, if anyone knows if this is a one off bad design unique to Moores or if all of those driving seats are universal through that range I'd be interested - as the layout of "Royal Oak" would be pretty good and I may be tempted too

Apolagies for the divert!

Dan

Hi so they have sold off Royall Sapphire and could it also be possible that Royall Courier has gone as well? as this has not been in service this season. I think they have now only got Three Boats that are Two to Three Berths left? as I hope they will get another Two to Three Berth Boat in the near future due to popular demand of couples going on the Norfolk Broads with No children or they have grown up.
Andrew.

Hi Leechy thanks for that information about Royall Courier as this is very interesting and have they altered the lay out as well? and I will make one Correction they have got Four Two to Three Berths Boats as that I've left out Royal Satin so with Royal Courier back in Service Next Year that will make to full strength of Two To Three Berths. P's I have got Royall Velvet Three for One Week and then got Two for the Second Week in October 07
