Whilst this in no way should be read as underplaying the very real danger, I think the EDP and Look East tonight may have overstated the current situation.

Last year as Carol kindly pointed out on the retrieved threads a large mass was found on the Waveney at Diss and removed. Regrowth has been cleared too and whilst we need to check again, I think and hope, it is under control and being monitored.

Similarly at Rockland - unless anyone can identify the picture in the EDP, I think this is a library picture - or at least I hope it is!!!!

However I do not want to undermine the REAL CONCERN that this could actually happen - you will not need to be concerned too much with the dredging budget if this really gets a hold!!!!!!!!
