It is a great pity that when damage occurs to local property viz. a Staithe by a hire boat the boatyard in Wroxham which hired the boat was not particularly helpful in being prepared to suggest ways of repairing the damage and despite hirers paying for insurance is avoiding liability. Not particularly good community relations but does reflect some of the customer comments on their hire boat experience.
