Great BBC Look East feature on the new partnership called 'Broads Sailing' between the 5 remaining Broads yacht hire companies who are working together to ensure that hire yachts don't disappear from the Broads. http://www.broadssailing.com Nigel www.waterwaysholidays.com

The piece is towards the end of the Early Evening programme, not the Late Night edition that the link now goes to (just select the appropriate link on the right-hand side of the landing page). Well done, Aunty Beeb. A well-put-together article, calling the Broads the Broads. That's the sort of marketing that should be done, not the costly and divisive 'rebranding' exercises.

Thanks for spotting the wrong link Paladine - I have updated it to the correct one for the early evening news.

Good luck Nigel,I do find the site a little confusing with the same boat repeated for short breaks and weeks at the same time but I guess that it's early days. Might I suggest that individual entries for each boat not just a class of boat (where there are more than one of the same) are more important for Yachts because a flotilla booking is more likely than with Motor Cruisers.

I think that the site may be showing everything if you do not choose how long you would like to go for in the search function. hence you will see the same boat for the weekend, midweek and full week prices. If you choose a week for instace, each boat should only show once with the 7 night price. Once you have the results for your earch, you can then sort by location to group boats to check availability for a flotilla booking. As you say, the site will develop and its great to get feedback - thank you.
