I hired "Geisha Girl" in 2004, very nicely presented boat, good layout etc. The people at the yard were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them and will gladly book with them again.

"Geisha Girl" seems to have disappeared from the brochures last year, has she been renamed or sold? Anyone know?

I was chatting with Sue of Summercraft in October when we returned Grenada Girl and was told Geisha Girl may be sold at the end of the season.

Hi there

Welcome to the site.

Both Geisha Girl's were retired at the end of 2003 season as I understood it.. to make way for a few craft that Summercraft took on when Brister's sadly closed at the end of that year.

Was it definately 2004... confused now!! Smile

All the best

Dan

Took a call from this boatyard today, conversation went as follows..:-

Hi Paul, Sue here, just enqiring how you'd like the bed made up on Grenada Girl for Saturday?

As a double please Sue.

Now when would you like to take the boat, it's not out this week, early Saturday or maybe Friday?

Err, if taken Friday would that incure any extra charge?

No not at all my love, we'll have it ready for 10am Friday morning, if you cant make it Friday just give us a call and we will see you Saturday morning sometime.

What can one say?
That how to keep customers coming back year in year out Smile

Well done Summercraft!.. Smile

we have used this yard a few times, our last visit was last year on gainsbourogh girl.they really are a first class operation and along with royalls you will go a long way to beat both the standard of the boats and service.  Smile

Just back from a week with "Georgia Girl I ", great boat, VERY nicely presented. Good layout, well equipped, great boatyard. Very minor problem sorted out quickly during the week by their travelling fitter so A+ for service.

Had a Summercraft get-together at Ranworth on Thursday afternoon ! Four of their boats moored together by sheer chance, Gala, Gainsborough, Grenada and Georgia.

Will definitely be using them again when possible.
