Does anyone know of pubs that will guarantee a reserved  mooring if you book a table. I would be interested in knowing of  any on the Broads network. There is nothing worse than getting to your destination and finding no moorings.
I know a few but would appreciate more. I am not bothered about a charge most refund them with food. Would be good to make a small database.

New Inn Horning  No charge if booked in.
Pedros Acle £5 charged then redeemed on checkout
Surlingham Ferry No charge at all if booked in

Anyone know any others? If there is a thread already on this please link.

If this would be better on Bars and Restaurants please move. Thanks

The Bridge at Acle stopped reserving moorings a few weeks ago but we were there last weekend and one mooring was definitely reserved. Maybe just a one off or maybe not!

"Hi" I think you will find they only reserve a mooring for blue badge holders. Smile

Kindest Regards Mike

There is a lot of public mooring at The bridge both sides of the river so its one of the few places you may be lucky. I have seen the reserved spot at The Bridge Inn It has a small blackboard for the boat name. Its always had a boat there when Ive been
The Landlord though says they don't reserve anymore as you say.

The Ferry at Reedham does eserved moorings and charge 3 pounds a night. However, make sure you ask them to put a "reserved" board out, as they forgot to do it when we reserved a mooring and we only just got in!

Thanks Brian will do. Moderately Slow do they reserve moorings for diners or are they just a pub with moorings? I'm looking for guaranteed reserved moorings for diners. Incidentally Waters Edge is up for sale so could be changes
