Hi All,

Apologies if this has already been discussed, but does anyone know if the Reedcutter (Cantley) has been recently refurbished?
We only went back in November but looking at their website I have just noticed on the Restaurant pictures that wooden railings, etc have appeared, is that a new or old picture?

http://www.thereedcutter.co.uk/restaurant.htm

Any reviews etc on the pub also appreciated?

Thanks
Cheers

Hi Hev,
those railings have been in the pub for a couple of years now. It was re furbed a couple of years ago or so - its a good place to stop for some nice food and decent beer at reasonable prices.

Cheers

Chris

Hey Kor! What about at the end of the week after previously admiring the 'investment' on new moorings - presumably by the BA - only to find they were underwater 6 days later on our way back to Brundall. Hopefully the Reedcutter doesn't suffer too much because of this ??

hi there yep BA replaced the moorings last year and 50% of the time they are under water total waste of time and money the reed cutter has been refurbed in the food side all the railings have been removed to make more space. out side on their own private moorings they have finally got round to hide that horrible concrete quay side up should hope fully pull a few more holiday/ private boats in with out having to grind  half the fibre glass off their boats hopefully this photo should reveal all any comments gratefull received
