Country Pub/Restaurant with lovely accommodation.

Finally got round to finding the Sister pub to the wonderful Fur & Feathers, Woodbastwick. Lovely oldie worldie charm, log fires, fascinating old building, very friendly staff. We also had a look around the accommodation which was quite charming and pleasant, am looking forward to staying sometime in the future. It's a good walk from the moorings down country lanes which I don't think had footpaths, if it's dark you'll need a torch.

Been to this place for a drink twice this year both times virtually empty, and closed early - 10.45. They went non smoking early, not sure if thats relevant or not. Tidy place, pity really

First-class establishment

We have stayed here a few times now and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a pub with B&B and a great menu, either for a land-based visit or before collecting the boat. For full details try the Woodforde's web site.

Mooring Description :
Not terribly feasible as it is over a mile from the river!

Superb! Imagination and quality.
