Watch the full day by day video Blog of this boat and the adventure I had by going to www.youtube.com/feelmyheaven ........ Mystic Horizon 1 is a great value boat ideal for a couple. While she has a high freeboard making low banks to get on and off the boat harder, one can use the low down bathing platform with care to exit the boat from the side on. The boat is high but that affords great views from the raised cockpit. Further more, this has two doors once can fix open and a sliding sunshine roof over the cockpit area making it idea for summer cruising. The boat is compact at 29ft long and 10ft 9" wide, but space is well used with the aft well making a nice additional outside area to sit in (or fish from). The heads is compact but larger than other boats of larger size and the forward cabin is large and the double berth comfy and spacious. Storage is at a premium however one will find additional storage under the saloon seating cushion (remove top wood section) I out my bag in here out of the way. The saloon and galley are small but then you make up for this with the large cabin and more outside space. VERY easy to handle, and economical too. I did all the north and south one week at it cost £96.00 then three weeks later another week again much of the north and south taken and at times against the tide for a few hours cost £107.80. This was with use of the heating which is excellent especially in forward cabin. Great value boat well worth a hire and as boats go pretty 'new' being built in 1994.
