"Will not pass under Potter Heigham, Wroxham or Beccles bridges." Late August 2009, we went under Potter Heigham with screen down and helmed by the bridge pilot. First week in September 2010 we went under Beccles at lowish tide with the screen up. Also tried Wroxham this year, no chance, couldn't even find a mooring. Other than that I would agree with Arthur99 and he's right about the toilet. A journalist from the Telegraph describing another boat states that "it is like trying to climb into a letter box". Fair comment.

I have not hired this boat from Ferry Marina but I have spent a week aboard her in her previous role as ASTON SIERRA when she belonged to Aston Boats at Beccles. For the small size this is a fairly roomy boat. I admit that I was hiring as a single person crew but I do like a bit of room and I found this boat far less cramped than I expected. The aft cockpit is good and the car type canopy is very easy to erect. The only criticism I had of the driving position was that the helmsmans seat was fixed in place. As someone who often prefers to stand when steering I found this somewhat of an inconvenience. Especialy when manauvering to come into a mooring. This however is a personal preference. I found this boat a very easy craft to handle and the aft cockpit makes mooring especially easy, particularly when mooring stern on. The other facilities on board were fine when I hired form Astons and since then I see that Ferry Marina have updated some of them and also installed a 240V system. My only real criticism of this boat was that the Toilet/Shower compartment was extremely cramped.
