Just come back after a break on Pacific Princess, and what a boat! You see the broads from a different prospective aboard Princess and you certainly feel like the cat who got the cream. Visability is outstanding and you come to the broads for the view so why not enjoy it at its best. Princess is in my mind a 'proper' boat with the advantage of dual steering. Inside it offers 3 cabins, the fore cabin is spacious although in the bow there is plenty of room and the bed is comfy :-) plenty of light and ventilation and a good nights sleep! Just up is a further cabin this has 2 bunk beds in, perfect for the junior members of your party, opposite this cabin is a bathroom with shower toiler and hand basin, not over cramped and well laid out. Then you step up into the main cabin and lower steering position, 2 very comfy settee's either side of the cabin a drivers seat and a further seat on the opposite side of the boat, Lovely light and airy and a good place to be and great for the evenings as it feels very cosy indeed. Mains electric heating, nice lighting so all you could wish for. Side windows open to give plenty of fresh air. Further back is the galley again very well fitted and everything you could need then through a further door into the rear cabin, again light and airy, the bed is under the upper driving position so headroom is limited but its no big issue, plenty of room and again a comfy bed. This cabin has an en-suite bathroom that was slightly bigger than the forward cabin, again shower, toilet and hand basin and a little more room than the fore cabin. All excellent. From the main saloon there is a small ladder / steps to gain access to the flybridge this gives a superb driving position for visability when mooring and to see all the broads have to offer and really enhances the experience. Mooring up is simple thanks to the visability and the bow thrusters fitted. The boat handles really well and has a very quiet Nanni engine fitted. As ever with pacific (if you read my reviews ive been a few times) the boat was spotless and Richard and Fiona were nothing but superb as always. Ive been to a few yards but the one i return to is Pacific and will be again! I cant recommend Pacific Cruisers enough, go and try them out, just please dont make it when I want to go :-)
